Job Summary

Thesis work Target Process Deployment and Balanced Score Card.

Based on recent theories within Strategy Deployment and best practicies within the world leading companies the thesis work aims at study of Ericsson Strategy and Target Deployment process and identification of strengths and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Identify potential improvement areas
Drive change & improvements within and across functions/units, processes & value flows
Support, facilitate & integrate improvements in the organization/function
Actively manage the target setting and the balanced scorecard
Manage improvement & performance management competence
