To further strengthen our department of Quality Assurance we are now looking for a Global Post Market Surveillance Manager. As Global Post Market Surveillance Manager you are responsible for driving the improvement of the Global Post Market Surveillance (PMS) process throughout the whole company in order to increase our customer’s satisfaction. Additionally you will be responsible to ensure that the warranty and product complaint cases are handled according to established procedures and to communicate trends and applicable statistical information to all involved in the company. The posision is placed in Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities:
- To drive the improvement of customer satisfaction. Make sure that all feedback are capture and summarised in order to pin point problems
- Be the process owner of the Post Market Process facing the customer service and sales organisation
- Lead a team of 3 responsible for complaint handling at the Gothenburg office
- Propose improvement and CAPA of investigated problems
- Lead the process development of PMS
- Coordinate, communicate and train employees throughout the whole company
- Lead trend meetings regarding PMS together with R&D, Production, BU, Logistics and Clinical Research
Desired Skills & Experience
You have a university degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or equivalent and approx 5 years working experience at a quality department, preferably in a medical device company. You have also worked with complaint handling, vigilance and recall management as well as with development of Customer Satisfaction processes.
We believe you are a good communicator with a high level of Swedish and English both spoken and written. You feel comfortable leading a team and have the ability to work systematically and independently. Furthermore, you are a structured, persuasive and innovative person.
