Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Business Partnering:
Generate offer letters, employment contracts and welcome packs and co-ordinate new hire provisioning process
Co-ordinate and conduct new hire induction, ensuring that employees have the information and resources to ‘hit the ground running’ in optimum time
Support management team in performance management initiatives
Act as local contact for all employee queries
Co-ordinate the performance appraisal process locally, providing HR expertise and assistance to managers
Partner with management (and other members of the HR team as appropriate) to advise on and support any employee issues
Process Personnel Action Notifications (PANs) to facilitate role, department and management changes and other changes to employment status
Partner with the Comp & Bens Manager to tailor benefit programs to local needs
Benefit program administration and tracking e.g. insurance, time off, parental leave
Involvement in EMEA-wide HR initiatives to help build a strong and cohesive HR brand that delivers value to the business.
Recruiting:
Support the EMEA Recruitment Manager in attracting and identifying directly sourced candidates for roles across EMEA
Use direct source channels eg Linkedin to identify suitable candidates
Act as first point of contact for direct candidates, and provide first stage telephone screening to assess their skills and experience against a set of agreed criteria.
Support EMEA HR businesspartner with the setting up interviews, pre-screening of candidates
Develop pipeline and talent bank for business-critical roles
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience and knowledge:-

•Experience of Global/US matrix managed businesses and previous exposure to the Nordic region strongly desired.
•Track record of delivering successful resourcing projects
•Extensive working knowledge of all aspects of human resource management
•Strong employee relations experience and employment law knowledge

Qualifications
•Degree educated
•Fluent in Business English (written and spoken) and Swedish
•German knowledge would be a plus
