EQT Partners is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in Stockholm. We offer a very unique opportunity to work with international compliance and operational issues in a professional and supportive environment. The new Compliance Manager will play an active part in EQT Partners operations, working with experienced professionals in a challenging environment.
EQT´s Legal and Compliance department consists of two lawyers who work on various matters affecting the firm.
Tasks and responsibilities will include
- Prepare board and supporting materials
- Draft and check compliance policies and support any monitoring
- Report to various regulatory authorities
- Focus on compliance issues related to fundraising
- Remain informed on relevant regulatory issues
- Drive workflows as a part of different EQT teams and projects
Desired Skills & Experience
EQT is looking for an energetic and creative individual with the following profile and characteristics:
- Legal education with good academic record
- Law firm experience, helpful but not mandatory
- Ideally with international working experience
- Relevant compliance experience (5 to 10 years) meaning experience with writing and assessing routines and understanding the importance of a strong internal control framework
- Strong communication skills and excellent written English is required
